Our Service

We create personalized songs, artwork, and video content based on the information, photos, and materials provided by our customers.

Each project is custom-made and created specifically for the individual or occasion described in your order.

Production Process

After your order is placed, we begin creating your personalized project using the information and materials you provide.

Production typically takes between 5–10 business days, although delivery times may vary depending on project complexity, customer response times, holidays, technical issues, or unusually high order volumes.

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.

Preview Versions & Revisions

As part of our process, we provide two preview song versions for you to review and compare.

You will be asked to select your preferred version before final delivery.

Each order includes one round of minor revisions.

Examples of minor revisions include:

• Correcting names or dates

• Small lyric adjustments

• Minor wording changes

Examples of changes that are not considered minor revisions include:

• Changing the song genre

• Rewriting significant portions of lyrics

• Changing the recipient

• Changing the story, concept, or direction of the project

• Requesting an entirely new version

Requests outside the scope of a minor revision may require an additional fee or purchase.

Customer Response Times

We ask customers to provide feedback and select their preferred preview version within 5 days of receiving it.

If no response is received, we reserve the right to complete and deliver the project based on our preferred version.

Refund Policy

Because all products are custom-made and personalized, refunds are handled as follows:

• Customers may request a full refund before production begins.

• Once production has started, refunds are generally not available.

• Refunds are not available after final delivery.

Personal preference, creative differences, or subjective dissatisfaction with the finished product are not considered valid grounds for a refund after delivery.

Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information, photos, stories, names, dates, and other materials required for your project.

Delays caused by missing or inaccurate information may affect delivery times.

Uploaded Photos & Content

Customers may only upload photos and submit information for individuals with whom they have a personal relationship or for whom they have the necessary permission.

By submitting photos and materials, you confirm that you have the right to use and share them for the purpose of creating your personalized project.

Prohibited Content

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that contains:

• Illegal content

• Hate speech or discrimination

• Harassment or abuse

• Defamatory or harmful content

• Sexually explicit content

• Content targeting celebrities, public figures, or unrelated third parties

• Any content we believe is inappropriate or inconsistent with our services

Artificial Intelligence Tools

We may use artificial intelligence and other creative production tools as part of the creation process.

Personal Use License

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all completed songs, artwork, and videos are provided for personal, non-commercial use only.

Commercial use, resale, redistribution, or use in advertising or business activities is not permitted without prior written permission.

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or discontinue any order that violates these Terms or that we believe is inappropriate, unlawful, misleading, abusive, or otherwise inconsistent with our services.
